    ******BARBECUE RIBS (Crock Pot)
    Ribs of your choice
    Desired seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (or 2 c. home made)
    Slice/cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle ribs with desired seasoning and put in crock pot. Pour in barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (or on high 4-5 hours). If you would like them browner place on grill or place in broiler until slightly crisp.

    Mix togeher:
    12 oz can of cola
    1 cup catsup

    Pour over ribs, cook until sauce thickens.

    Ummmmm goooood!

    Oh I’ve played with rib/crockpot recipes alot! I usually buy 2 sides of pork ribs. I rub them with (my/your favorite) spice/meat run. I grill them lightly on the bbq. then I cut them into 1′s or 2 ribs and put in crockpot. I then add my favorite jarred or homemade bbq sauce and cook on low all day. They get eaten all day long. Another way to “sauce” them up in the crockpot is to add some apple juice and grilling spices – yum!
